That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Payout Statement in the Digital Seller experience. The Payout Statement improves seller confidence and trust by clearly presenting payment status, method, timing, and destination, ensuring sellers know when and how they were paid.
Here’s how sellers will benefit:

- Powered by Oracle payment data and built to reflect the actual payment sent to the seller
- More detailed breakdown of costs and deductions
- A dedicated section showing when, how, and where the payment was sent
- Support for Excel exports
Simpler and more intuitive
The new Payout Statements align the payout total shown on the statement directly with the actual funds deposited to the seller’s account, eliminating any confusion caused by split contracts, or complex wire transfers.
Sellers will enjoy a simpler and more intuitive experience with a summary-first view that delivers a transparent breakdown of credits, commissions, deductions, and contract-specific costs.

The new Payouts Statements feature is now available for consignments in select events. Simply log in, head to your Selling > Payments > Payouts tab, and experience the difference for yourself.
