At Ritchie Bros., we know how important it is for our sellers to have clear, timely, and reliable information about their payments.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Payouts feature in the Digital Seller experience. It’s designed to give you greater transparency and control over how you track your money. The new Payouts experience is built with you in mind. Here’s how it benefits sellers:

• Transparency – Always know where your payment is and when it’s coming.
• Self-Service – No need to call support to ask, “Has my wire gone out?” The answers are in your account.
• Fewer delays, more confidence – With clear tracking, you can focus on your business while we handle the details.

New features make Payouts better than ever 

With the new Payouts tab in your account, you can now:

• See all your payouts in one place — with event and contract details included.
• Track payment method and timing — view if your funds are coming by wire, ACH, or check.
• Know your status in real time — easily see whether your payment is “Initiated” or “Funds Sent.”
• Download payout statements — get a complete record of assets sold, deductions, and final amounts.

Experience Payouts in four easy steps  

1. Log in to rbauction.com and go to the Selling section.
2. Navigate to Payments, then click on the new Payouts tab.
3. View all payout details — including Payment Date, Method, Destination, Amount, and Status.
4. Click View to open or download your payout statement.

Understanding payment status

• Initiated – Your settlement is ready and a payout is scheduled. This status appears about 2 days before funds are released.
• Funds Sent – Your payment has been issued. Depending on your method, funds should arrive shortly after.

Start using Payouts today

The new Payouts feature is now available for consignments in select events. Simply log in, head to your Selling > Payments > Payouts tab, and experience the difference for yourself.
